@bizdelly13 Update: sz L skirt waist laying flat approx.12.5 inches upstretched. This style is smocked and stretchy at waist, I stretched to approx. 18-19 inches. No defined hip, flowy style, estimating where hips would be it's at 32 inches flat. I own this skirt in sz XS, I think it's true to size. I am usually a size 2 :)
