So it is designed to stretch while supporting. To do this she rarely uses zippers or buttons and is usually a step into or a pull over type of dress.

brandy5781@paigeshaw88 Hello, yes size 14 Waist is 15.5” and pit to pit is 20”. This is a flat measurement with no stretch. The material does have stretch in it. Let me know if you need anything else.
