Are the pulls on fabric obviously when worn? And would it work on smaller chest/bigger hips?

@umeekswagner hi, in my opinion the minor pulls do not detract from the overall look of the dress and are not obvious when worn. I fit an A cup, and the top has two adjustments to fit a smaller chest. As for the hips, I believe it can but please refer to my flat measurements.
