Flouncy skirt from American Eagle Outfitters the skirt is not sheer because there are two layers and it's flouncy so the fabric is fairly far away from your skin. Lace pattern is printed onto a sheer overlayer and held together with a black elastic waistband. Very cute, I just haven't reached for it recently.
Short - somewhere between a skater skirt and a mini skirt length, but is a standard gathered skirt.
