New York & Company Puffer Sleeveless Jacket Vest

Not sure from the tag, but it looks like it could be UNISEX. Size X-Small for kids or can be for a petite woman. I can add measurements, if needed. Red vest with zippers and pockets and no rips or tears, that I can see. Stored away in a bin. Excellent, pre-owned condition!! Small black mark by the collar that might wash out! (See the last picture!)
