amgeis18 @bexz2027 My friend purchased a couple pairs from her and they were replicas, but it’s hard to prove counterfeit items on poshmark when they are not designer bags. Be careful because many sellers that sell dr. Martens on here sell fakes, specially when they have multiples. The leather is fake and scuff easy too. They purchase them in bulk from china. Also none of the shoes come with boxes because the box is a giveaway. Just giving you a heads up.

amgeis18 @bexz2027 usually the box is lighter in color and the description is off, that’s a dead give away but none of these shows come with boxes. With the shoes themselves the outsole logo is spelled clearly and matched the inner sole, there is an inspection sticker inside the tongue and the tongue clearly has the style and mode number, which should match the pages description.

amgeis18 Usually the imitation or veganleather they use is fake and begins to crease and peal much sooner and the gum they use for the sole begins to wear off sooner because it’s synthetic. Also the rings for laces arent metal but a plastic that sometimes is glued and will come off sooner. Over all the fake shoes feel cheaper and they’re usually run a half size to a full size smaller.

amgeis18 Sometimes you can spot it right away other times you need to thoroughly inspect them. They have different grades of quality for the shoes they sell here and some models are designed better. They should feel lighter as well. The ones my friend received felt lighter and were missing several hey dr marten stamps that make their shoes authentic including logo inside tongue
