@mholmgren I just contacted Poshmark support it says they're supposed to get back within 24 hours so we'll see I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything just out of curiosity did you happen to get an email from them at all about this order,? again I'm so sorry I mixed up the shipping labels I feel horrible about it I know how much of an inconvenience it causes

see if you can figure out that log in or email associated, i imagine that is why you can't view the order for a case let me know if you figure it out, I imagine posh will send the label there to the account the order came from

SO WEIRD! I've never seen that username. I can't log in but I'll hope to hear from Poshmark. They must have made me a new account for some reason when I was making the purchase.

@mholmgren it's just making me nervous because 3 days after delivery poshmark closes the order, hopefully the fact I submitted help on the actual order will delay it, but I have never had this happen before so I am not sure :( when you try to log in with that username @marika_h7786 are you able to say you forgot password to reset it?

@lahlahashley - I've tried doing that but I don't know where the new password is being sent. Poshmark said they set up a "guest account" for me and can't merge two. Perhaps if you can just send the label and I'll send the shoes to the person they are supposed to go to and they can do the same? I haven't purchased here much so I'm not sure what else to do.

@mholmgren that's the thing Poshmark is in charge of the labels I have no way to generate the label they come directly from Poshmark, I have still been in contact with them explaining that you don't have access to the purchase to open a case for a label, I am still waiting for another correspondence back from them to sort this out, your correct item is already on the way back to me "posh stated on their case they no longer support exchanges" and items must be returned and resent/repurchased

Hopefully poshmark can provide a label solution. The response i got yesterday didn't even address the issue I was told to tell you to open a case, after I had already explained you didn't have access to the order. So I opened up an additional support ticket and hopefully will hear something back soon. I even told them to address this convo. I also escalated the conversation on the order , and opened another support ticket :/ so sorry about all this

when you made the purchase on a new account, you must somehow use an email or if not it must be linked via G o o g le or face bk - they must be able to tell you how the account was signed up so you can get a new pw ? you would think anyway :(

@mholmgren this is what they just responded to me "On order 630cd993948f489dd57c7e8f, we have reached out to the buyer in regard to receiving the wrong item. In the meantime, we appreciate it if you can also reach out to the buyer via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you."
