Beautiful dress by Bar III (originally sold at Macy’s) in a size small (S). This dress has a dark blue lining for the skirt to prevent see through. The top is super cute with peep hole sleeve that has a sexy/flirty ruffle to them (flutter sleeve) but it has a tank top fit underneath. Elastic waist for that perfect fit. A must have dress!
