The fabric has a bit of spandex, and the look is sophisticated but sexy, too! The tailoring of the zipper and the pleating at the waist makes a great fit! The size is "I" which is Small, I wear a 40 or 42 in Italian clothes, which is a 2 or 4. Front measures 19" & 22" (curved) Back is 20".
