This is a maxi dress from Forever 21 with ruffles at the bodice and a crisscrossing back! It’s in great condition, and has been lightly worn and well taken care of. The dress is a size S but is extra long! I am 5'6" and need to wear low heels to keep the hem off the ground. It's in a lovely fabric that drapes and flatters the body.
