craftsnboutique @shoegal76 I think you should try! it's such a relaxing thing (for me at least) and when you finish something it's exciting to see how it comes out! also every time you would pick up a hook you'd think of your mom, and that's something you can carry on from her for years!

shoegal76 @craftycraftsinc I have a Step-Mom that can crochet 🧶…or I could watch YouTube! I’m not close with the SM, & I rarely see her. (Like 2 times per year, if that?) Would probably be better if I found someone locally where I lived, because I’m better at hands on learning. I have to be shown! Most of the time! It’s a good idea! ☺️

craftsnboutique @shoegal76 maybe going your own pace and watching videos that way is what you need to catch on to it! I know some people just can't no matter what, some people aren't meant for it. but it's definitely worth a try!
