She bought. Red Valentino bag from me, she “claims “ it was broken . Poshmark let her return the bag. She literally put a stain on the handle and I wiped it off with water. Read what what she wrote to me when I denied her return . And the worst part is, she uses the bag and it’s smells DISGUSTING!! Wreaks of CIGARETTES!! So she uses the bag and I had to fight tooth and nail to get my earnings. So now what am I supposed to do with this bag that wreaks of Cigarettes?? I mean , look at her pic??

baglady386 First of all, you need to open a case with posh and show them the bag before it got in her hands and how nothing was wrong with it then take pictures and show them how it was sent back to you. They should immediately reverse the approval.

baglady386 @ravenjess well posh should reverse that and refund you your money and take the money from her because she damaged your property. It wasn’t sent out damaged or with a smell so you need to open up a case it’s never ever ever too late to open a case with posh.
