Hi @jjbaby11! Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Under the bust is approx 33-34cms and the fabric has a very small amount of give.
Length is about 65cms, not including the shoulder straps, which are adjustable.
It is an A-line shape so waist is hard to judge, but at the halfway point of the dress it’s 38-40cm.
Measurements are taken with the dress laying flat and with a 30cm ruler, which is why I give approximations. Maybe it’s time to invest in something more practical for measuring 😉
