Classic / Vintage girls skirt. From early 1970s Blue, gray, black, white plaid. Flannel type fabric. Feels like has some wool but no tag. Pleated. Button and zipper - I think goes on the side. 10” waist, 17” long. No stretch Great for folks with preference for vintage but really it’s a classic look that is always in style. Reminds me of Princess Diaries. Great costume - Catholic school girl and lots more! Belle brand I don’t know the size but based on waist it’s 4-6 maybe
