glittertatters Hi there! I laid the garment out and measured the front. I measured approximately 19 inches in the bust area. For waist I measured the black line going across the dress and I got 18 inches. From lower armpit to armpit I kept getting either 19 1/2 or 20, depending on how I stretched it. I measured all places repeatedly. Thank you!
