Should fit snug so it is super sexy. Navy, yellow and white. I think it’s a 12. See measurements. Shoulders: 17.5”, Underarm to Underarm: 20”, Length: 37”, waist: 18”

I am reducing from a 1X to an 8 (halfway there!!) this dress I would love to alter (when I get down and am a set size) and add a light sheer sleeve. What an adorable dress🤗❤️
