Gabriella Arango, a very hot designer in Miami, custom created this dress for me. A real statement! It is literally strands of 3” satin ribbon rolled around a navy base. Drop dead. Should fit snug so it is super sexy. Navy, yellow and white. I think it’s a 12. See measurements. Shoulders: 17.5”, Underarm to Underarm: 20”, Length: 37”, waist: 18”
