Beautiful one shoulder dress! Very cute and slimming. This item is new, but the original tags were removed because this was an overstocked item. Bust: 15” (pit to pit). Waist: 13” across. Inner gripping at neckline, dual side seam pockets on each side, left side seam zipper with hook eye closure. Shell is 96% Cotton and 4% Elastane. Lining is 100% Polyester. The inside label was originally crossed out.
