One day after school she came over to my house to play, she brought beads & she showed me how they made beautiful things from what they had. mybeademporium @pepepizzazz Thank you again! Yes I made this. It was along time coming together because I couldn’t find the beads I wanted. I wanted it to have a realistic appearance, round smooth machine cut stones wasn’t what I was looking for, but once I found the stones it took a couple of hours to complete. I truly love this piece, I made it with a dear friend of mine on my mind. She is no longer with us but the artistry she taught me as a kid is still here.

mybeademporium @pepepizzazz Well I really love designing jewelry, I have a passion for beading, only lately it’s the least thing I do. I want to get back to making jewelry, I’m not as happy doing any of the other stuff. I love playing with my beads❣️

mybeademporium @pepepizzazz Thank you you are too kind! I’m rather proud of it, but it’s not exactly as I thought it. Finding the right beads is half the battle, I know what I want but many times I can’t find it. So I buy what I like & hold them until I find another I like & stash that one too. Eventually I can create magic if I’m lucky. It took months of hunting beads & about 4 hours to create it❣️

mybeademporium @tanyabrown0779 Hi Tanya, in answer to your question some of the beads are real turquoise, some are magnesite or howlite dyed turquoise. They are all semi precious stones, but no it’s not all turquoise. Thank you for your interest.

Thank you I collected beads for o long time & when I had them all I sat down to design design this. It wasn’t exactly as I imagined I couldn’t find everything I wanted to use, but I was pleasantly surprised it came out as nice as it did. It has grown on me, even though it didn’t turn out exactly as I imagined it. I have learned to accept that I can only use what I have at hand,

mybeademporium Usually I’m pleased with my design, but when I’m not I tear it apart & start over again another day. I’ve also learned that I don’t have to like the style myself, if my customers like it, it’s more than ok too! I guess it’s artistic growth, who knew I would be still learning new things at my age. I wouldn’t do it if it weren’t lots of fun❣️
