NWT, never worn women’s long skirt in size 1X. Partial elastic waistband with zippered back. Nice split noted in back of skirt to add a little flair. Made by I.N. Studio in 100% polyester. Lightweight fabric and perfect for all climates and occasions. Waist is 17 inches and length is 34 inches. Colors are black, camel and various shades of brown with a floral/paisley appearance.

Hi 👋 is this see through and does it have slits is it elastic waistband if yes can you please add a pic of the waistband?

@jedika365 Good afternoon 👋 Thank-you for your inquiry. The skirt does not have a lining, but isn’t sheer enough to be see through. It does have slits, but does not have an elastic waistband. Please refer to pics #6 & 7. 😊🌺
