"The Jolly Drover" cream & sugar set

"The Jolly Drover" cream & sugar, made by Lancaster & Sandland of England. Dates from the 1930s-50s. English village scene in brown tones with gold trim, sometimes referred to as Dickens ware. Sugar bowl has transfer on both sides. Creamer measures 2.5"h; sugar (open, no lid)2.5". Impressed #165 on each bottom. Both have crazing of the glaze, but no chips or cracks. Very darling stackable set. Discoloration inside sugar bowl due to age of piece.
