Hi, just letting you know one if the faux gems is off of the boot but was in the box, a bit disappointed because i already had the boots returned for the incorrect size being sent, no biggie but now the gem is iff & I would have to have it sewn back on. I took pics but it won’t let me post to you unless I open a new case.

@efryar The postman must’ve slammed it around pretty good because when I ship them out to you they were fine all the gems were intact. I actually inspected the boots before I even shipped them out to you so I am pretty surprised about this situation😞

@efryar Fortunately I don’t have any more size 6 that’s the last one I actually had to go very far to get that from a warehouse it wasn’t close to my house traveled about 10 miles to pick it up and 10 miles back they were an excellent condition when I put them in the box I don’t know if the postman slam them around or what😞

@allyrio I’m pretty upset myself, I just hate having to take them to have them to be fixed, the stitch came apart so it’s nothing I could sew back on myself or I sure would. I’m just letting you know, I’ll probably have to deal with it.

@efryar I honestly probably wouldn’t take it to have it fixed I’m looking at another pair and these are easy just get a needle and some black thread there’s holes in the bottom and those so right through that belt you can tie a knot in the back it won’t even show are you good with thread and a needle there’s four holes on the button.

@efryar My mother is a seamstress and she taught me how to sell this for me would be really easy to fix because it’s like a button you just have to sew it on and through the same holes that are there in the strap and not it in the back I could probably fix it for you if you want to have it shipped back to me?

@efryar Oh boy did that come out wrong what I was trying to say is those gems are like buttons they have four holes in them so all you would have to do is take a needle and thread and sew them back into the strap. It is a very easy fix for me.
