Lauren I need help with my system. It says that I have a redeemable balance and that is from sales that I have on posh what if I don’t want to use my redemption amount how do I get that to correct itself it shows it in my check out as a credit

@paulasparkin23 I do it’s brand new, unused… but it’s out of the box do you still want it? I can price it lower because it’s missing the box I think it fell out of the box and I threw away the box thinking it was empty and then later on I found the tube in my inventory box. It’s my only light brown so let me know! 😊
