What is the measurements at the high waist? That line across where it’s shirred. If you lay it flat and measure the narrowest part of the chest/waist?

@5lovesunny Hi! The dress is approximately 19.5 inches from armpit to armpit across the bust (laying flat) and the shirred waist and is roughly 17.5 inches across laying flat.
