I bought this in the past Spring/2021. Wore once. Size 6. It is flowy, has ruffles at the bottom, and the sleeves are so pretty! There is a tad bit of elastic around the waist but not ALL the way around the waist. So beautiful. For graduations, Easter, baby showers, etc.
