Sexy black “Eva Franco” cocktail dress with Sheer Plunging Neckline

Early 2010’s Eva Franco dress. Bought this at anthropology years ago for 170$, wore it maybe 2-3 times. Still in great condition, beautiful embroidered paisley design to the fabric, peplum skirt, with a sheer plunging neckline—very sexy. Belt included. There is a small line in the sheer net (pictured), otherwise no flaws that I can see. Says a size 6, but fits more like an 8. Bust: 37in Waist: 30in (meant to be inched smaller up to 28in) Hips: 37in Length: 36in Perfect for a black tie event, cocktail party or a night at the club!
