Vintage parakeet scatter pins hand enameled jeweled eyes

A vintage pair of parakeet pins that feature bright colored hand enameling. One has a overall green body and the other is blue. We find them perched on gold tone branches peering at us with faceted rhinestone eyes. Both are unmarked so we are at a loss to who the manufacturer is. They are quality pieces and I would place these c. 1950s for a time period. Both measure approximately 1 1/2 inches long with locking C pin closures and both are in fine condition.
