Aqua Madonna large bag

Leather is in good condition, inside is clean. Only wore a couple of times. Hardware has some minor scratches and fading on it. The handles don’t stay in place...inside part keeps circling out (see pic 6). Could be secured with something from the inside to prevent that from happening.
