Vintage 70s Prairie Puff Sleeve 40s style Dress

This is a unique 1970s Victorian revival style dress. The bodice and sleeves are a cotton red calico with little orange flowers and black embroidered flowers, ric rac trim, shiny black buttons up front. Skirt feels like a cotton velveteen with buttons and hook eye closure. Has amazing mutton leg puff sleeves and high neck. Excellent condition only flaw is missing one button, which I can sew on the black satin button shown on last pic if you like.
