Retro Plaid Pencil Wiggle Dress

Sexy retro plaid dress from Lapis with a pencil or wiggle silhouette. Bottom half is plaid, which is made of soft but sturdy material, and top is plain black with ribbons that tie behind the neck. The dress is backless - it starts mid-back and the top of the plaid skirt in that part is slightly elasticized. Zipper in the back. Has belt loops and a matching plaid belt that ties in front, but you can also substitute it for your own belt! Try a red one for a pop of color. Size small. Never worn.
