Gorgeous and eclectic. A very good statement piece! Think 80’s vibe with shoulder pads. In pre-loved condition. Does have some piling on collar, around cuffs and hem and little on both shoulders. A small piece of silky fabric has come loose from where it was sewn in but that can be easily hemmed & does not take away from overall extravagant beauty. Please see pictures for measurements.
