eikof@createwithin The material is canvas and not leather so those corners at the bottom are unfortunately delicate. Yes, there is some minor unraveling but no actual holes. The inside of the bag is lined so there would no possibility of contents falling out. As are as “how long” depends on how you use your bags. Hope this helps. This bag still has a lot of life left.
