Vintage black sequin & velvet top

Super-sexy soft and slinky top / very mini dress- I am 5'3 and it hits me high on the thigh, good with tights or form fitting dark denim . No tags but definitely vintage ; has an 80's vibe and lots of attitude. Material is a plush velour with sequined bust; lots of texture. Love this piece so much but I am pretty flat chested and the sequins give a bit of a cone bra situation; I think it would look best on someone who was a B cup or wants to rock a vintage Madonna look. I'd love to see this unique piece off to great home ! From my pet-friendly, smoke free house. Will be clean and ironed and packaged using recycled materials. I will toss in a little treat for you!
