Rue 21 | Military Pea Coat with Tulle Skirt | Black | M

This pea coat has an old vintage look with the buttons in front, and the tulle skirting gives it steampunk vibes. Can be buttoned all the way, but I normally wore this coat with the front folded as pictured. There is some wear on the sleeve hems, but otherwise it’s in great used condition.
