NWT Anthropologie Ryu Halter top A line Dress

Pretty light blue and white NWT dress with a smooth tapestry like fabric. It is fully lined. Back has a partial hidden zipper up the back along with a tie. Material is 45% cotton, 35% Polyester, and 20% Nylon. There is 100% Cotton lace detail around the top of the dress. Dry clean only. There is very little stretch in the material. Tag says size Small. Straps are adjustable in the back. MEASUREMENTS while dress laying flat -Across chest 16" (can stretch to 17") -Across waist 14" -Length from top of strap to bottom of skirt approx 36"
