wenksta16 @phoebezhen when laying the dress flat and measuring across the chest from armpit to armpit it measures 15in. It cliches right under the chest and measures 12in across. The hips measure about 17in across when laying flat. I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can clarify any other measurements!
