@mbyrne914 I typically wear a 24-25 if there is stretch to the jeans and 25-26 if there isn’t. These would probably fit you well!

The waist laying flat, seam to seam is 13.5 inches. 100% cotton, no stretch built in but lying on the bed and squirming around until you get them up tends to work, haha. They are amazing on. I bought the wrong size which is why I am selling them. They are amazing on.
