@lesliecara17 I just have stock photos published for this item. I’m so sorry to hear about your bad experience and you should have been able to submit a return case, if a seller does not disclose flaws in the listing (like holes, omg that’s terrible!) then Poshmark would approve your request to return the item.
Just advice for in the future, inspect your purchase within 3 days for issues like that.

@lesliecara17 I have never had an issue with my sales like that, probably because I don’t source and resell any IR items. It’s too much of a hassle for me, and for my buyers. I stock only what I know that I would want to buy and wear myself. And IR, which is what you are describing, is a huge headache and never worth it in my opinion, just a bad business practice.

@lesliecara17 If I have time this week, I will try to post photos for you. I work full-time for the Dept. Of Defense, so Poshmark is now only weekends for me, and only a few hours during the week, depending upon my work schedule and commute. That’s also why my prices are so low, I’m clearing out my inventory to close permanently as I just don’t have the free time anymore.

Sorry about the time constraints, but to protect yourself with other boutiques in the future, ask if there are any flaws before buying and if flaws are not disclosed to you, upon receiving your package inspect it and file a return case w/in 3 days. Also check out buyers love notes for more info, if sales have gone well for a buyer, you will see that reflected in their reviews!
