betsy3600 @rococoluxe Hi! It is about 24-25 inches across the front from armpit to armpit. I am a 42DDD and it fit my chest fine. Because of the neckline you could either pin it, if it feels to big or wear a cami or tank underneath if a little to exposed., :) Let met know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
