akkristina @jsj40 Hi! They can be for either! So they are tall enough for tall boots but they are also scrunchy and flexible to wear with shorter boots. I wear them with my shorter UGGs and love them so much I wear around the house as slippers and even under jeans as everyday socks. I’m not kidding! Literally my favorite socks!! 💕💕💕
