karin_heffner @bb_barbara hi bb, I cannot access your correspondence with Poshmark. all I know is that the bag will be shipped directly to Poshmark so that they can check on the authenticity. this is common for high priced items. once they determine the authenticity the bag will be then shipped to you. you can always contact us just the same way you have done so far. communication is very easy through Poshmark. take care ... bb_barbara I hope this is not a public post. I wanted to cancel my order because I am concerned about the number of wrinkles in the bag.

karin_heffner @bb_barbara look at the last picture where the bag is draped over a mannequin. the folds/wrinkles appeared because I had the straps very tight. once I took the bag out of the photography tent and hung it everything straightened out. but basically it is your decision.
