This vibrant blue short dress from Charming Charlie is absolutely stunning! V-neck slit on front and back with button closure on back. I bought it to wear to a summer wedding but ended up wearing something else. They unfortunately went bankrupt and closed the store in my hometown so I wasn’t able return it. New, never been worn with tags attached.
