Only a handful of these were made and sold out of Target. It’s a designer program Target runs each year, and you are lucky if you come away with one of these pieces. They sold out very quickly, but if you want one or collect them each year then you may find someone like me selling one after wearing it briefly for a red carpet event if you weren’t able to snag one in time for yourself.
