I bought this top and matching skirt from ModCloth to be Ms. Frizzle for Halloween, but I’ve gained a little bit of weight so it doesn’t fit. It so cute though! The tie-neck is so adorable and so on trend right now! This would be cute for Halloween but also would be so fun to wear to work or school!
