VTG high end skirt suit

Very unusual grey/green lined military style skirt suit from the 80’/90’s . Peplum style high low Blazer has 14 gold double button front , sleeves each have 5. There is an attached draped chain that starts in the front and goes around the entire waist anchored by 2 heavy gold wrapped beads and 2 front pockets measuring 17” ptp, 14” flat waist, 22” sleeves 31” center back to hem.Skirt 13 1/2” waist, 19” waist to hem. See photo of spots on collar of blazer and slight discoloration as pictured.
