mesayla @el_apparel Hi again! Do you have an exchange policy? It actually seems like these pants are way too small for me. If I can order in a large, that would be really helpful. When I tried these on, I realized that I can fit into them, but because these are skinny jeans, my thighs and calves are way too big for them. 💔

el_apparel @mesayla ahh I totally understand; sizing is difficult, especially with jeans that are sized this way (S/M/L). I’m honestly not sure how to handle exchanges on Poshmark... there is no real process or protocol on the app since typically all sales are considered final. I would really like to help you with this though, so I will reach out to Poshmark support tonight & get back to you as soon as I hear from them 💗

I was thinking that maybe shipping it back to your address and getting the new size would help, but I’m not sure what Poshmark’s guidelines are, either. In my experience with these jeans, it was perfect to go one size up when they were slightly too tight. & I wish you good luck with all of your goals! I have heard that they run very tiny, but I’m sure she has a return/exchange policy if you already bought your normal size

mesayla @el_apparel That’s the thing: I ordered off the actual site and all sales are final. If that’s the case, thank goodness because I ordered a 30” so hopefully that means they’ll fit properly. The only other size is a 31” and I’m normally 27”-29”.
