Ideology cityscape circle skirt

Beautiful ideology brand skirt with a watercolor city scape in tones of purple, blue, pink, and tan/cream. This skirt is such a stunner on. It is a circle skirt, so it can also be worn with a crinoline underneath if you wanted to create a pinup affect.
