hervideo @julianna_liska I have a husband with dementia so I am trying to balance things, hard. I measured the waist and it is 28 inches . The waist is elastic. The tag says the top is made of napped cotton. It feels very soft I am not sure what the napped cotton means but I think it feels like a light flannel.
