@fashionroots Hello, the inseam is approximately 27” and the hips are 16” laying flat so double. There is stretch to these pants. Hope that helps

@fashionroots Hi, these are standard USA sizing. It would depend on the tightness that you are looking for. I would say think of it as a pair of skinny jeans and the fit you may get with them. They do have a lot of stretch to them especially in the hip area. I would go with the look you are going for. Hope that helps.
