Ruffle Skort

Very cute black and cream polka dot, ruffle skirt. Faux wrap front. From the front it looks like a skirt. From the back while wearing looks more like shorts, but the ruffles on the bottom are so cut and flare out while wearing. Got lots of compliments! Can wear with tights for fall/winter.
