What do you mean 30”? 30 all around? At the waist? That would be a small to medium.

@etherialaura yes…it is a Sz XXL in Spell, but if you know Spell, their skirts are easily adjustable…it has the tie waist…if you’re truly wanting it I’ll post pics💕🙏
